PAYMENT & SHIPPING We accept credit cards over the phone (408) 421-1477. We do not process through Paypal, we have our own merchant account (ticket receipt). If you prefer Paypal, payments can be sent to: brucegal@comcast.net. Lastly, we accept money orders and checks, but please allow more time for processing.
We ship using Fedex overnight shipping for Next Day Delivery to the 48 states. Please inquire about out of country terms. CITES papers for export are required, a $100 non refundable fee applies to get the permit. Which takes a minimum of 3 months to be approved.

GUARANTEE

All live animals come with a live arrival guarantee. Someone must also be at the shipping location to accept the package, or all guarantees are void. In the event a DOA occurs, you must contact us with in 12 hours of the package being delivered. We may require proof of DOA in the form of a photo, or body being returned to us. We are very confident in our shipping methods and packing to avoid any DOA. DOA and returns within the guarantee terms will be issued a credit (less all shipping costs) to be used towards a replacement. All shipping costs are at the buyer’s expense.
